All photos in this website are copyrighted under cleanclothesonly.com. You may use the photos after permission is granted. We do not share any private information of any company or people in this site. We only keep your address and phone number for invoice purposes.

DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the Terms of Service below carefully before you start to purchase our digital design services.

​

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created and you will receive email from us soon. If you would like to cancel order, there is a 2 hour timeframe before we start working. Buyers are required to provide adequate information before order starts and delivery time will be given after payment.

​

Digital items products are listed as, but not limited to, techincal 2d flats, tech packs, and print design. All orders are done based on client specific needs and sometimes vary time to time. Typos on invoice may happen and it is responsibility of buyers to double check the purchased orders before delivery.

​

Using rude, abusive, improper language, or violent messages is a violation of our Terms of Service. This will result of cancellation of your order without guarantee of refund based on the current progress of the order. 

​

Using chargebacks and any attempts of financial loss from the company will result in suspension of future orders. Additional invoice may be charged based on the loss and buyers are required to make the payment. Cleanclothesonly.com are not responsible for any taxes and additional payment fees that are not listed on the invoice.

Revisions are provided for all digital services. Buyers are allowed to use the revision credit appropriately as listed on invoice. Abusing revision request is not tolerated.

All deliveries will be sent via wetransfer or email. We will confirm before final delivery. If there is no response 7 days after delivery, the order is final and revision may not be possible depending on circumstances.

All deliveries are confidential. Buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in the work delivered. In rare circumstances, we may display deliveries for portfolio purpose. Buyers are allowed to request take down from the website.

Digital Products' Cancellation policy

​

Digital products are non-refundable after 2 hour of purchase. Once delivery is made, order is final. If an order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be returned to the Buyer’s paypal or credit card.

RETURN POLICY

​

If there is a damage on the product, you can return them for free of charge after confirming the issue via email. 

Otherwise, ONLY EXCHANGE for orders within 14 days. At this time, customers are responsible for return/exchange shipment fee depending on the return/exchange reason. You MUST email info@cleanclothesonly.com to request for a return/exchange. You will receive your full refund or store credit  within 7 business days from received date. Terms and conditions are as following:
1. Items must be returned new and in the exact condition they were received.
2. Items must not have been used, washed, altered or tailored in any manner.
3. No visible signs of wear including perfume, makeup stains, deodorant stains, etc.
4. Items must be returned in their original plastic sleeve.
5. You have 14 days within receiving your items to request for a return.

*Returns that do not meet these standards cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

PAYMENT

​

You may cancel your order within 2 days from order date. After 2 days, we will refund 50% of total amount. If the product is already shipped within these 2 days, cancellation is not possible.

In rare cases, a product may be in stock when a customer places the order, and sold out by the time Cleanclothesonly attempts to process the order. Should this happen, Cleanclothesonly will notify you by email. The item will be cancelled from your order. Cleanclothesonly will notify you by email and refund the order.

​

We use USD for any payment charged onto your bank or paypal account. Transaction price charged in your bank account will show in your own currency based on the conversion rate of such foreign currency into USD.

Cleanclothesonly.com may update its price from time to time, in its sole discretion, and post an updated version at the site.

Please note that colors may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor. We have matched the clothes color to digital photo, thus we are not responsible for receiving returned items due to color error. Please understand that we do not receive return due to measurement error as we have provided size guide in the site.

You can use discount code(s) for any transactions made on this site if the person is eligible. Discount code is exclusive and shall not be used in abusive manner. Cleanclothesonly may reject any discount code if the user abuses the code and spreading the code to public.

You acknowledge and agree that Cleanclothesonly may, in its sole discretion, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Service at any time and in any manner, including the terms of Cleanclothesonly membership, by posting revised Terms & Condition. You may not amend or modify these Terms & Condition under any circumstances.
